This page describes every cookie and browser-storage entry the site uses. We split them by purpose.

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

  • Form state: session storage for contact-form fields. Cleared when you close your browser.
  • Consent decision: a single localStorage entry called incorpore-consent that records whether you accepted or rejected analytics. Without this, we couldn't remember your choice between visits.

Analytics (consent required)

If you accept the consent banner, we load Hotjar — a session-recording and heatmap service operated by Hotjar Ltd, Malta. Hotjar helps us see how visitors navigate the site so we can improve unclear pages.

  • Hotjar sets first-party cookies prefixed _hjSession, _hjAbsoluteSessionInProgress, _hjFirstSeen, and similar. Lifetime: 30 days to 1 year.
  • Hotjar processes IP, device, browser, page interactions, and anonymised mouse movements. Inputs in form fields are auto-suppressed unless explicitly opted in.
  • Data is stored on Hotjar's EU infrastructure. Hotjar is a sub-processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
  • Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent. You can withdraw at any time.

Changing your decision

Click the "Cookies" link in the footer at any time to reopen the consent banner and change your decision. You can also clear browser storage in your browser settings — that resets everything to default (no consent).
