No. Romanian state fees (Trade Register filing, official notarisation of articles, ANAF registration where applicable) are charged at cost and listed separately on your written quote. They typically amount to €80–€150 in total for a standard formation. Nothing is bundled or hidden.
Romanian law requires every company to have a registered office (sediu social) at a physical property. That property has to be paid for. We list it as a transparent monthly add-on rather than disguising it inside a higher base fee. From €29/month depending on the city, included in the Standard tier as a 12-month bundle.
A licensed Romanian accountant from one of our partner firms onboards your SRL: SPV (ANAF tax portal) registration, e-Factura activation, opening trial balance, chart of accounts mapped to your activity, and the first month of bookkeeping. From month two onwards, ongoing accounting starts at €75/month depending on transaction volume.
Service fees are payable in advance, on signing the engagement letter. Romanian state fees are billed at cost as they fall due (some are paid by us on your behalf and reimbursed; others go directly to the relevant authority). Monthly add-ons (registered office, accounting) are invoiced monthly.
No. The quote you receive in writing within 24 hours of your scoping call lists every line item: service fee, included add-ons, expected state fees at cost, and any optional services you have not selected. The final invoice matches the quote. Scope changes are agreed and re-quoted in writing before any extra work begins.
No. SRL formation does not require a notarised POA. We use scanned documents and electronic signatures throughout. A POA only becomes necessary after the company is formed, if you want us to act on your behalf for things like representing the SRL at an Romanian authority, signing rental contracts, or managing the registered office. In that case, the POA is notarised by a Romanian notary and the notary fee is billed separately.
